KALE PROPERTIES
Kale, also known as kale, has multiple beneficial properties for our health. It is a source of vitamin K, a basic nutrient to strengthen the bone system. It also contains a large amount of vitamin C, the antioxidant par excellence.

All of our kale sprouts are handpicked:
- Boxes of 4, 8 or 10 bags of 250gr each
- Bunch of 400 gr
The products we work with are grown in our land, Lorca, the land of the sun. Here we have more than 40 hectares, of which a large part is used for kale production.
